INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
- Object of the Treatment
Global Industrial Services International Srl processes personal identification data (for example, name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail, bank and payment details) – hereinafter, “personal data” or also “data”) communicated by you.
- Purpose of the processing
Your personal data is processed:
- A) without your express consent art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:
– conclude contracts for goods and services supplied by/to Global Industrial Services International Srl;
– fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from existing relationships with you;
– fulfill obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as for example in the field of anti-money laundering);
– exercise the rights of Global Industrial Services International Srl, for example the right to defense in court
- B) Only with your specific and distinct consent (art. 7 GDPR), for the following Marketing Purposes:
– send you via email, post and/or text message and/or telephone contact, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Data Controller and detection of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of the services;
– send you commercial and/or promotional communications from third parties (for example, service providers, business partners, other Group companies) via email, post and/or text message and/or telephone contact. We would like to inform you that if you are already our customers, we may send you commercial communications relating to the Data Controller’s services and products similar to those you have already used, unless you disagree.
- Treatment methods
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and specifically: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Your personal data are subject to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
For each of the processing purposes listed above, the following table specifies the maximum period of retention of your personal data, after which we will no longer process your personal data for the aforementioned purposes.

At the end of the treatment period your data will be deleted or destroyed.
- Data Access
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) (contractual obligations) and 2.B) (advertising communications):
- to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller or of the Group companies in Italy and abroad, in their capacity as persons in charge and/or internal data processing managers and/or system administrators;
- to third-party companies or other entities (for example, credit institutions, professional firms, consultants, etc.) who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers.
- Data communication
Without the need for express consent (art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), Global Industrial Services International Srl may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, as well as to those subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers. Your data will not be disclosed.
- Data Transfer
Personal data is stored on servers located in Italy, within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, Global Industrial Services International Srl hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
- Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to respond
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A) is mandatory. In their absence, we will not be able to guarantee the Services referred to in art. 2.A).
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.B) is optional. Consent may be given by signing this information. You may therefore decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications and advertising material relating to the products and services offered by Global Industrial Services International Srl.
However, you will continue to be entitled to the Services referred to in art. 2.A).
- Rights of the interested party
As the data subject, you have the rights referred to in Art. 15 of the GDPR, specifically the rights:
- to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exists, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an intelligible form.
- to get the indication:
- of the origin of personal data;
- of the purposes and methods of processing;
- of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- of the identifying details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR;
- of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or persons in charge;
- obtain:
- the updating, rectification or, when there is interest, the integration of the data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;
- to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- ○ to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and/or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. Please note that the interested party’s right to object, set out in the previous point b), for direct marketing purposes by automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility for the interested party to exercise the right to object even only in part remains intact. Therefore, the interested party can decide to receive only communications by traditional methods or only automated communications or neither.
Where applicable, you also have the rights set forth in Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority.

All the information that Google Analytics collects reaches us anonymously, as we have anonymized the IP address of users who access our website, this means that when a user arrives here, Google Analytics hides part of the information on their geographic location, in this way the information we see is a little less precise. Therefore, we do not know your name, where you live, what your email address is, which pages you have viewed, how long you have been on the site and where you came from but only that a certain number of people in a certain period of time have arrived on the site, have been there for a total amount of time and have viewed certain pages, etc.
