GIS International is taking part in Committed to Safety, the initiative promoted by the Open-es community to encourage dialogue between companies, professionals and experts on occupational health and safety.

Sharing experience and good practices

The programme offers a space to share corporate experience and good practices, with the aim of strengthening the culture of prevention and putting people at the centre. An approach we recognise in our daily work alongside companies.

In the testimonial shared as part of the initiative, our Management Assistant, Gianmarco Bellina, highlighted the value of safety as an integral part of the way we work: every experience can provide useful insights to prevent risks and improve activities.

Monitoring as a driver of improvement

For GIS International, this means giving monitoring a concrete role in the improvement journey. Collecting information acquires value when it helps to understand critical issues, identify priorities and guide actions to protect workers.

Taking part in Committed to Safety is part of our commitment to safety management based on skills, responsibility and continuous learning. Dialogue with other organisations broadens the reflection on corporate practices and on involving people in prevention.

We would like to thank Open-es for creating this opportunity for dialogue and for valuing experience. We continue to support a culture of safety that guides organisational choices and contributes, every day, to protecting people in the workplace.
